Around our house we do lot of outdoor cooking over the summer (in the fall and spring we do a fair amount too).
This recipe is a favorite around our house. I make this
Naturally Gluten Free just check your ingredients if you decide to use Soy Sauce or Worcester Sauce
2 1/4 cups Ketchup
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup of Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos http://bragg.com/products/bragg-liquid-aminos-soy-alternative.html (you can substitute Worcester Sauce or Soy Sauce but I highly recommend Braggs)
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
1 tablespoon Minced Onion
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon honey
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook on low for 10 min.
This will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge
